Hosted workspace status

Your authenticated workspace can display private account data that you create or explicitly import. Neutral metrics, weather, unavailable integrations, and example system states remain synthetic and are not evidence of external activity.

Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in method and for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use the preview unlawfully.

Elaris Basic billing

Elaris Basic is a recurring subscription priced at $6.49 USD per month. It unlocks hosted cloud Chat Orb generation and hosted approval-backed task preparation; account creation, private vault and memory storage, owner transfer, and tenant-scoped reads remain free. Stripe shows the amount due, currency, and any applicable tax treatment before you confirm payment.

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Where those controls are enabled, the Stripe-hosted customer portal can update a payment method and states when cancellation takes effect; the staged Elaris Basic portal configuration schedules cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Failed or unpaid renewal can suspend paid hosted capabilities without removing the account's free private-data features.

Refunds and taxes

The current billing configuration does not promise automatic or prorated refunds. Refund requests, if any, are assessed case by case. Taxes may be added or reflected by Stripe when configured and applicable. These preview terms are informational, are not legal advice, and do not guarantee a particular tax or refund outcome or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

No consequential execution

The optional trusted-Windows relay is read-only monitoring. The hosted workspace cannot use it to send messages, move funds, trade, purchase domains, control devices, read local credentials, retrieve raw Brain or conversation data, or mutate the owner's local Elaris system. It is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Availability

The preview may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn. Account access does not create a guarantee of continued service or data retention.
